While her mother Zsa Zsa Padilla says she’s not yet taking her relationship with architect boyfriend Conrad Onglao to the next level, Karylle says she’s ready to move forward to the next stage of her married life: get pregnant.
“We are ready when they good Lord says it’s time,” Karylle told reporters on Thursday during a press conference for her concert with mother Zsa Zsa Padilla.
She likens the pacing of the wait to get pregnant to the pacing of her wedding to Spongecola frontman Yael Yuson. “Hindi minadali, pero palaging handa, kumbaga.”
Karylle says she’s enjoying being a musician’s wife, touring with her husband’s band Spongecola, in and out of the country. “I love this path,” she says, “Ang dream ko talaga, especially this year is to tour with Spongecola and my band and to do more music festivals.”
