K-pop girl group TWICE coming to Manila in June

Time to get the “What is Love?” choreography down.

South Korean girl group TWICE is coming to Manila to finally perform for their Filipino fans for the first time on June 29.

They made the announcement on their social media pages late last night. Venue and ticket prices have yet to be revealed.

The Manila concert is part of their world tour that will kick off in Seoul on May 25 and 26. Aside from Manila, the nine-member group will also be heading to Coconuts cities Bangkok, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. They’re also headed for Los Angeles, Mexico City, Newark, and Chicago.

TWICE, composed of Nayeon, Tzuyu, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun and Chaeyoung, is best known for their hits such as “What is Love?” “YES or YES,” “Knock Knock,” and “Like Ooh-Ahh.”

The group was formed through the reality show Sixteen in 2015 by JYP Entertainment.

TWICE also announced last night that their seventh mini-album “Fancy You” will be dropping on April 22.
