Julie Anne San Jose received a Diamond Record award from GMA Records last Dec. 7, during an episode of Sunday All Stars.
 
This was for her self-titled album, which has sold over 150,000 units.
 
She is just the third Filipino artist to receive such an award. The other two are Jose Mari Chan for his albums Constant Change and Christmas in Our Hearts, and Nina for her Nina Live album.
 
Congrats, Julie Anne! Not everyone has a Diamond Record award so that’s really something.
 
The Kapuso star also staged her first major solo concert, Hologram, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena last Dec. 13.
