After what seemed like forever, after countless plot twists and a change in time slot, Pinoy Big Brother 737 is finally over.
Jimboy Martin, the rapper from Nueva Vizcaya, was hailed the PBB Teen Big Winner, while Miho Nishida garnered over 80% of the regular housemates votes to be named the PBB Big Winner for the 10th season.
For the first time in its 10-year existence, PBB announced two winners on Sun, Nov 8 at Legazpi City in Albay — that’s because Kuya’s house was populated with teen housemates when it started in July. The reality show then went through a plot twist and soon had regular housemates invade the house.
Sometime in its four-month run, teen and regular housemates came together and competed against each other.
Jimboy won over Fil-Aussie Ylona Garcia, while Miho won over her boyfriend Tommy Esguerra. Yes, apart from the KenLay, ehem, bromance that put the reality show under fire early into the season, a hetero romance soon bloomed under the radar inside Kuya’s house.
That Miho and Tommy were competing against each other didn’t seem like a big deal. We mean, hello. That’s big winning right there.
