On the Monday episode of Tonight with Boy Abunda, actress Janice de Belen echoed what Priscella Meirelles says in interviews: They are civil but they’re not best friends.
According to de Belen, “there will always be awkwardness [between us] but hindi kami magkaaway.
The two as well all know are connected to each other by way of John Estrada: de Belen is the ex of Meirelles’ present. They also happen to be cast members of ABS-CBN’s new daytime soap, Be My Lady.
De Belen adds, “Let’s say we wanted to become friends. Anong pag-uusapan namin? Parang ang weird naman kasi? Kumusta na asawa mo?”
This is exactly what Meirelles told Abunda when she appeared in the late night talk show two weeks ago. “We are very civil. Hindi naman kami best friends kasi iba talaga ang sitwasyon. But she’s very proper, she’s very professional, and I’m just thankful,” she explained.
Well, it would be weirder if they suddenly became BFFs right?
