A public service announcement to fans of actor James Marsden: he was spotted in Manila this morning.
Jewelry designer Janina Dizon shared a photo with the actor on Instagram about an hour ago.
“Sorry I look too happy! Welcome to Manila,” her caption reads.
Based on the photo’s background, it looks like the actor was in the Peninsula Manila in Makati City.
Where you know Marsden from would depend on your age and preference in movies. Those who are into comic books probably know him as Cyclops from the X-Men movies, while fans of movie musicals will remember his roles in Enchanted and Hairspray.
Marsden was also in two movie adaptations of Nicholas Sparks novels, The Notebook and The Best of Me, and currently stars in the sci-fi HBO series Westworld.
He is in the country to promote Johnnie Walker’s #lovescotch campaign and is scheduled to have a Facebook Live interview with Esquire Philippines at around 5pm this afternoon.
