Iya Villania, who just moved from ABS-CBN to GMA 7, recently defended her best friend Nikki Gil about her claims of being a virgin.
So does that mean that she’s also a virgin?
Well, she’s no longer a virgin – but she admits that she lost her virginity to husband Drew Arellano on their honeymoon.
“I do believe that one should not practice pre-marital sex,” she told Rey Pumaloy of Pep.ph, but emphasized that she doesn’t look down on those who engage in sex before marriage. “It doesn’t make you less of a person. Kanya-kanyang values naman yan eh.”
Iya was Drew’s girlfriend for about 10 years before they tied the know, and she beams that Drew “was very patient.”
