Here’s a hot tip to all the torpe guys out there: Leave a comment on your crush’s Instagram post to get her attention. And then follow through with another comment to perhaps hold it.
Case in point: John Pratts.
John and wife Isabel Oli are celebrating their third anniversary as a couple.
On Instagram, Oli showed her followers the starting point of this love story. She posted a screen cap of a comment that John left on one of her Instagram posts several years ago. Her caption partially reads: “where it all began.”
It may have been a simple Merry Christmas greeting, but it was one that earned her attention and reply. After she greeted him back with an equally simple ”Hey! happy new year”, John did what many men fail to do: He followed through with another comment, this time, a hopeful “hope to see you around.”
Three years later, and the two are married, and pregnant with their first child.
How’s that for a love story?
