Ever wondered how Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho came up with the name Scarlet Snow for their baby daughter?
According to Hayden, the name had a biblical inspiration — the book of Isaiah, to be exact. “Come now, let us settle the matter, says the Lord. Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.”
Hayden told Thelma Sioson San Juan of Philippine Daily Inquirer: “Regardless of how far you’ve been from God, God can draw you back in, make your sin as white as snow.”
This may come as a surprise to some, but Hayden “turned Christian” in 2013.
According to previous reports, he discovered Christian Apologetics, a field of theology that focuses on defending Christianity against objections.
He even studied and followed popular Christian apologist Ravi Zacharias for several months.
This was after his 2009 sex video scandals involving a couple of female personalities, which Hayden said left him depressed and suicidal.
Now that he’s a father to 14-month-old Scarlet Snow, Hayden said he and Vicki are “beyond happy.”
