Xian Lim and Toni Gonzaga hosted the 2015 Binibining Pilipinas coronation night on March 15, 2015, and some of her hirits and even the way she delivered her lines and interacted with the contestants got her hate. Here are some examples of how she dealt with the contestants, and turned hosting the prestigious beauty pageant into something like Pinoy Big Brother, which she usually hosts.
 

1. Binibini #14: Princess Joy Camu

Xian: Hello Princess, how are you feeling?
Princess Joy Camu: I’m excited and happy that I got to the top 15.
Toni: Oh the same feeling with [Kimverlyn] (Suiza, another candidate], excited and happy.
Princess Joy Camu: It is my first time national pageant po. It’s my first pageant.
Toni: Oh it’s your first time. Are you looking forward to the second time?
Princess Joy Camu: No!
Toni: Okay. Oh why? MJ Lastimosa joined many times, let’s not forget. We will see, you have to answer very well.
After the answer:
Toni: She said “example” twice so that means that she’s a very, very strong woman.
 

2. Binibini #28: Hannah Ruth Sison, wearing chandelier earrings

Xian: Hello Hannah, welcome back!
Toni: Wow, your earrings has its own theme song, “Chandelier.” (Sings “Chandelier” by Sia while holding contestant’s earrings)
 

3. Binibini #25: Rogelie Catacutan

Toni: Oh, I love your last name, Rogelie Catacutan. Ha, but red might be your lucky color for tonight. Let’s see who your judge is. Oh, Mr. Frederick Go. Go… go!
 

4. Binibini #10: Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach

Toni: Pia seems to be a crowd favorite tonight. Would you like to say hi to your supporters?
Pia: Hi, hello. I’m really overwhelmed right now. I didn’t expect this at all. Thank you.
Toni: What did you expect? No, she was not expecting this.
 

5. Binibini #34: Teresita Ssen Marquez

Xian: How are you feeling ? ( To Teresita “Wynwyn” Marquez)
Wynwyn: Very excited and happy
Toni: They are all excited and happy. The feeling is mutual for all of them, excited and happy.
After the answer:
Toni: Wow, very good answer, impressive. Thank you very much. That question actually matches her name, sabi ni general if you were to win… her name is Wynwyn, so coincidence.
 

6. Binibini #11: Janicel Lubina

Xian: Hi Janicel
Janicel: Good evening everyone
Toni: I love your hair. It’s so…. long
 

7. Binibini #23: Justine Felizarta

Xian: Hello Binibini #23. Uy, medyo magkahawig kayo, Toni ha.
Toni: Hindi nga? Talaga ba? Let me check first (checks Justine’s jawline). Oh, konti lang, mas na-extend yung akin.
