Dennis Trillo admitted he initally had a hard time thinking about his portrayal of Iglesia ni Cristo founder Felix Manalo.

Dennis reveals the reference material for the role is scarce and he knew he cannot improvise in the biopic.

But the 34-year-old actor says INC members were on the set to readily guide him throughout the film.

Dennis also expressed gratitude for being chosen as the male lead, saying he did not expect to land the role because he is not an INC member.

“Yung unang pagtataka is bakit ako yung pinili nila?

The film also stars Bela Padilla as Felix’s wife, as well as Gabby Concepcion, Lorna Tolentino, EJ Falcon, Joel Torre, Heart Evangelista and Richard Yap.
