Looks like Heart Evanglista is having the time of her life in Paris!
Heart visited the Rue Faubourg store of the high-end designer giant Hermès, which is the brand of the bags she often uses as a canvas for her artworks.
The 31-year-old celebrity-artist met with Michale Coste, head of external relations of The Hermès Group.
Michael later posted an Instagram photo of their meeting. He wrote this caption: “Welcome to #Paris, Dear [Heart Evangelista]!!!! So happy to greet you today at #Hermes! Enjoy the city and see you very soon!”
Heart became locally known as the “Hermès savior” after she started painting on her own designer bag because of a cheese stain. Now, Heart has a long list of baggaholics wanting to spruce up their Hermès bags with her art.
Heart’s rates supposedly start at PHP90,000 (around US$1,868).
Hermès is supportive of Heart’s artistic endeavours. A few months back, she conducted a silk-tying seminar with Hermès’s clients. Last month, she also had an exhibit called “Carry Your HeART,” which showcased her hand-painted designer bags.
Two months ago, Heart posted about a possible collaboration with a French brand.
