Young actor Grae Fernandez took to social media to express his love and support for his father Mark Anthony Fernandez.
Mark Anthony was arrested for possession of illegal drugs on Mon, Oct 3.

In a Twitter post on Tue, Oct 4, Grae said he is proud to be Mark Anthony’s son “no matter what people say about” the actor.
He wrote: “No matter what people say about you,I will always be proud to be your son because you’re the best dad! #markanthonyfernandez.”

Grae also changed his Twitter profile picture to a old photo of himself and Mark Anthony.
Grae, 14, is an ABS-CBN contract artist and has appeared in a number of shows in the network. He’s also part of the all-boy vocal group Gimme 5.
In a 2014 interview with Glenn Regondola of PEP, Grae said he is aware of his father’s past. It may be recalled that Mark Anthony voluntarily entered the Bicutan Rehabilitation Center in 2004.
But despite that, Grae said he is proud of his father. He explained, “Kahit ano’ng sabihin nila, he’s a great dad po. So, kahit I feel sad na may mga kuwento pa rin tungkol sa kanya ngayon, I would like to defend him.Kasi, hindi naman po lahat alam how supportive he is as a father at mahal na mahal niya po kami.”
(No matter what they say, he’s a great dad. So, even if I feel sad that there are neagtive stories about him, I would like to defend him. Because, they don’t know how supportive he is as a father and we love him very much.)
Mark Anthony is currently detained at a police station in Angeles City, Pampanga for marijuana possession.
