Two months after suffering an ischemic stroke while on vacation in South Korea, Amalia Fuentes is slowly getting better. That’s the good news that Dolly Ann Carvajal shared with her readers on Philippine Daily Inquirer today.
According to Carvajal, more than just responding well to therapy, Fuentes is also slowly getting back to form. She got a haircut from her favorite hairdresser Oskee Cabeltis and had her nails done.
In November, Fuentes’ grandchildren informed the public through a statement that their lola had suffered a stroke while on vacation in South Korea. She spent three weeks in the intensive care unit of a hospital there, before flying home on Oct 27.
