Marvel fans, this is not a drill. Stan Lee really is coming to Manila.
ComicCon Asia announced through an Instagram post yesterday that he will be one of the guests this year.

ComicCon Asia will be held on March 24 – 25 at the SMX Convention Center. You can get a one-day pass for PHP800 (US$15.77) or a two-day pass for PHP1,300 (US$25.62). Tickets will be available starting Jan. 25.
Apart from Lee, the event’s lineup also includes appearances from NBA star Ray Allen and actor Walter Jones, who played the Black Ranger in the 90s TV show Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. ComicCon Asia hasn’t revealed what day these personalities will be at the event.
For the uninitiated who don’t know what the fuss is all about, Lee co-created iconic Marvel comics like Spider-Man, The Avengers, and X-Men. Those who only know Marvel for its expansive cinematic universe probably have already seen him in countless cameos including ones that came out last year like Thor: Ragnarok, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
Following the wave of sexual misconduct allegations in Hollywood, several of Lee’s former nurses and a masseuse alleged earlier this month that he had sexually harassed them and acted inappropriately in their presence. Lee, however, denied these accusations.
