Veteran Filipino actor Spanky Manikan is battling lung cancer and needs your help

Veteran Filipino actor Spanky Manikan, 75 years old, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and is need of financial assistance. News of Manikan’s condition was first announced on Facebook by fellow actor, Nanding Josef.

“He has been hospitalized [four] times already for various complications which has drained family savings,” Josef’s post said. Josef also said that although Manikan’s health is improving, he still needs to undergo six cycles of chemotherapy and is still confined in a hospital for lung fluid drainage.
