Dubai-based Filipino designer Michael Cinco showed at the 2013 Style Fashion Week LA Finale at Vibiana Downtown LA last March 15, and the response was very positive both during the show (check the video below) and even online.
Renee Swanberg of Neon Tommy, for example, said that the designer was “the star of the night and crowd favorite” and that he “drew gasps from the audience.”
Michael’s designs were mostly black, but all of them were all shining, shimmering and splendid.
In an interview with NewYorkFashionTimes.com, Michael said that he was “inspired by the culture of the Middle East” and “women who are veiled, who always wear black and who wear henna tattoos on their body.”
