Boy Abunda, the host of “Aquino & Abunda Tonight,” jokingly told teen stars Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil on Wednesday that the only thing missing from their relationship is marriage.
This, after it was revealed that their respective parents have taken a liking for their pairing.
“A lot. She loves him,” Soberano replied when asked as to whether her mother, who lives in the United States, approves of Gil.
The 23-year-old Gil, for his part, echoed her “Forevermore” co-star’s words, saying that his mother “really likes” Soberano as well.
“Kasi ever since before, wala siyang binibiling mga pasalubong galing Europe. Pero pag-uwi niya galing Europe recently, ang daming pasalubong para kay Liza,” he added.
Reports said that a new movie and a television series for Gil and Soberano are already in the works following the success of “Just The Way You Are” and “Forevermore.”
