Looks like Marian Rivera is one busy and in-demand lady. After her GMA 7 show Carmela, she already has another lined up, a dance show called Marian. This is the perfect show for her since apart from an actress, she is also known as a dancer. And while she doesn’t have formal training in dance, she shared with Rose Garcia of Pep.ph that she used to join dance competitions (even solo ones) back when she was still a student.
So what to expect? It’s gonna be a grand production with a lot of fabulous stylists and respected choreographers involved. Paolo Ballesteros will be Marian’s co-host while Julie Anne San Jose will also have her own segment. For the pilot episode on June 22, Marian will have no less than Maricel Soriano and Vilma Santos as guests, Marian dancing the steps they made famous a looong time ago.
Okay, now we’re excited.
Can’t wait for her to invite Alma Moreno, the Universal Motion Dancers, and Dingdong Dantes, of course, to guest on her show.
