Coldplay’s Chris Martin is now in Manila two days ahead of the band’s “A Head Full of Dreams” concert at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds.

The group came from Singapore where they kicked off the Asian leg of its world tour.

In a previous phone interview with ABS-CBN News’ MJ Felipe, Martin said he has always dreamed of visiting Manila ever since he was a kid.

“It’s just mind-blowing to come to Manila and hang out with thousands of people and sing the same songs. I mean, it makes us feel alive, it makes us feel full of joy. So in return, we’ll just give everything we have,” said Martin.

“It’s somewhere I never thought we’d be able to go to since I was a little kid,” he added. “I’m excited to see the city.”

Coldplay is best known for hit songs such as “The Scientist,” “Yellow,” “Fix You” and “A Sky Full of Stars,”

They are expected to perform these songs before thousands of their Filipino fans on April 4.
