Claudine Barretto appeared on a pre-taped interview in The Buzz Sunday afternoon, and it seems like life is going beautifully for her. She mentions a comeback by way of the movies first, “to test the waters and see if you still have a market,” she says.
Among all the other things she talked about with Boy Abunda were her relationships with Raymart Santiago and Marjorie Barretto.
Boy asked Claudine about her Instagram post showing her and Raymart attending Sabina’s school fun run event. “Raymart and I are civil toward each other. We failed as husband and wife so now we’re really trying not to fail as parents,” she says.
Apparently, the two have hit a compromise. They weren’t going to talk about each other to the press if they didn’t have anything good to say to each other.
She said the same thing with Marjorie. “I don’t know kung saan kami ni Marjorie,” Claudine begins. “I think it’s safe to say we’re civil.”
She narrates that during Julia’s debut, she was trying to bid her time to say hello to her ate. Finally, toward the end of the evening, Claudine approached Marjorie and “nag-beso ako. She said thank you for coming, it means so much to Julia.”
Claudine says that Marjorie was very accommodating the entire night, asking her if she’s eaten already, or what Claudine would like to drink. “Pero natatakot din ako mag-dive in [kaagad]. Baka mawala ulit,” she says cautiously. She had breakfast with the family the morning after the debut.
