Last August 14, actress Claudine Barretto attended a closed-door hearing for a temporary protection order she filed against hubby Raymart Santiago. It was for a petition to make the TPO against Raymart permanent.
Her lawyer Atty. Ferdinand Topacio said that they couldn’t comment on the proceedings because of a gag order, but did share how “drained” Claudine was after taking the witness stand. “Na-recall niya yung mga nangyarisa buhay niya eh, kaya gano’n,” he said. “Hindi naman ako makapagsalita.”
Claudine was accompanied by her mother Inday and her sister Michi. The actress expressed how grateful she is for her mother’s presence during the hearing, even if she’s already old. She’s also thankful for the support she’s getting from her fans, the Claudinians.
