While his promoter, Pinnacle Live Concepts has already engaged the services of a competent lawyer to assist him in securing the appropriate documents for his return flight — or at least that’s what they tell us in their official statement — Chris Brown is making the most of his extended Philippine vacation by posting on Instagram.
After asking ‘what the fuck is going on’ and clowning around, the R&B singer, on his second extra night in the Philippines, suddenly realized ‘who the fuck you are and how blessed you’ve been’.
Then, he pleaded, and for good measure, did a backflip: ‘please let us leave!’
He captioned that post ‘Obama!!!!!!!’ just like the post that he eventually deleted.
On Thursday afternoon, Coconuts Manila received the official statement of Pinnacle Live Concepts, saying (1) they have not actually received any notice of formal complaints filed against them, (2) they have hired a lawyer to secure the appropriate documents that Chris Brown needed to leave the country and (3) that the proper proceedings are in motion.
But, according to this ABS-CBN report published at 11:51pm on Thursday night, Bureau of Immigration Commissioner Siegfried Mison said the singer has yet to apply for an emmigration clearance certificate.
