A larger than life-sized Philippine flag is on display inside a mall in Cebu City in celebration of Independence Day. The edible flag measures 12 x 20 feet and is made of up 10,000 blocks of chocolate. The chocolate discs are all made from locally grown cacao, GMA News reported.
