Let’s blame this all on Facebook.
“Actor-director Cesar Montano has asked a Quezon City court to cite for indirect contempt his estranged wife Sunshine Cruz after she posted a Facebook status message that allegedly contained details of their custody case despite a gag order issued by the court,” reports Janvic Mateo in The Philippine Star.
Indeed, as the report revealed, “Montano, through his lawyer Alwyn Franz Villaruel, filed a petition with the Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 81.”
Cruz’s Facebook status message supposedly asked this question: “If you are awarded full custody of the kids and the father gets visitations rights, can the father just get the kids without mom’s permission?” She had also reportedly tagged her lawyer Atty. Carlo Alentajan in the message.
Maybe next time she should just PM her lawyer.
