Television actors Baron Geisler and Ping Medina has set Philippine Twitter on fire after the former squarely accused the latter of sexually assaulting a former girlfriend.

Geisler, 37, did not mince words when he tweeted last night, “My ex was raped by him and his friend.” He also said that it was the reason he notoriously peed on Medina, 36, while filming the indie movie Bubog in Olongapo back in 2016.

This isn’t the first time Geisler has accused Medina of sexual assault, shortly after apologizing for the peeing incident, and in response to Medina applauding director Arlyn dela Cruz’s move to recast Geisler in the role, Geisler left a series of threats on Medina’s Facebook in Dec. 2016, starting with, “You and your God knows this…I contacted your victims,” before bluntly writing “You raped many girls.”

Medina alleged four years ago that Geisler turned up drunk on set. He added that as they were filming a scene where he was tied up to a chair, Geisler decided to improvise by pulling his zipper down and peeing over his face.

An enraged Medina called Geisler “worse than an animal,” and took out his fury on the actor by smashing several props on set. Geisler defended himself by saying that dela Cruz, the film director, encouraged him to take artistic liberties during filming and that the whole peeing incident was just “a misunderstanding.”

Geisler’s tweets last night appeared in response to a string of posts from a netizen using the handle @jughnn, who accused Medina of sexual assault.

“[B]e warned Ping Medina sends unsolicited dick videos potentially unconsensually leaked ones, verbally abuses girls to have sex w him (aka coercion),” she said. “[H]e’s on twitter too and apparently mostly targets girls from [K]atip[unan] and he’s known to hang out at Cubao Expo too.”

She also attached screenshots of what she alleges were conversations between her and other women who were allegedly abused and manipulated by Medina. She described the actor as “creepy,” “manipulative,” and alleged that he cheated on an ex-girlfriend with numerous other women.

“[It’s] true,” Geisler claimed in response to the tweet.

Netizens have equally chided and sided with Geisler, with many saying that it’s good that he called out Medina. However, user @annemarath said that both men are “problematic psychos.”

Geisler, whose many drinking binges and misadventures have been publicly chronicled, has kept mostly a “bad boy” image in local showbiz. He’s recently appeared as a villain in the TV show Ang Probinsyano.

Medina made his name by starring in a string of indie films, including Transit and Ang Pagdadalaga ni Maximo Oliveros. His father is multi-awarded character actor Pen Medina, while brother Alex Medina also works in showbiz. As of press time, Ping has yet to respond or release a statement to address the allegations.
