In her 2014 interview on GMA’s Tunay na Buhay, comedian Ate Glow (Rene Boy Facunla) — who impersonates former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo — revealed that she was going through surgery to transition into a more feminine appearance in preparation for marrying her British boyfriend.

Back then, Ate Glow had explained that her family had accepted her identity as a transwoman and that they also supported her decision to undergo surgery. She revealed that she was going to undergo breast augmentation.
On Sat, Jul 2, PEP.ph reported that Ate Glow and her British boyfriend (who was not named in the report) were finally married at the Chelsea Registry Office in London, United Kingdom.
Ate Glow and her husband look great and, more importantly, they look blissful.
