Yes, Shamcey is going back to Miss U, but this time to host the internet coverage of the pageant.
Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BCPI) head Stella Marquez de Araneta recently confirmed that the 2011 Miss Universe third runner-up is scheduled to be part of the pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada this December. Shamcey received an e-mail invitation from the Miss Universe organization and while she thought it was fake, it was later on confirmed to be legit when the BCPI also received the same invitation.
Shamcey will be hosting the online coverage of the pageant for the official website, and she will have the chance to interview the finalists (including our very own Janine Tugonon) even before the pageant. It hasn’t been confirmed, however, if she will make an appearance during the coronation night.
Shamcey is scheduled to leave for Las Vegas this Dec. 13.
