Gay perfumer Joel Cruz is now a father to twins Prince Sean and Princess Synne – and he had to shell out P7M to make this possible. According to ABS-CBN News, they were “conceived through in vitro fertilization and subsequently carried by a Russian mother.”
The P7M also covered papers that prove he has the exclusive right over the twins, who look like Joel and their Russian mother, who reportedly resembles Julia Roberts.
