According to a story in Inquirer, American singer-songwriter David Pomeranz has been visiting the Philippines so many times that he has already lost count.
He’s done several concerts in the country but shared that his first visit is still the most memorable. This is because he did something he’s never done or heard of before: do a mall show.
He shared, “We didn’t have that in the (United) States and I was like, ‘What?’ We put up a show in a mall and thousands of people came. That’s my first memory here—so fantastic, so amazing and so unusual.”
Now David is back in Manila and he’ll be doing a series of shows:
Feb. 7-9 in Cagayan de Oro
Feb. 10-11 in Sofitel Philippine Plaza
Feb. 16-17 in Tubod, Lanao del Norte
Feb. 22-24 in Cebu
He also has a new album called “You’re the Inspiration,” which contains 11 covers of hits from acts like Chicago, Air Supply, Kenny Rankin and even the Backstreet Boys.
