We are impressed with the new commercial of Smart Bro. It doesn’t just champion OPM, it also showcases the beauty of the Philippines.
Featuring tourist destinations like the Mayon Volcano in Bicol, Chocolate Hills in Bohol, Davao and Intramuros, the TVC uses Heber Bartolome’s classic hit song “Tayo’y Mga Pinoy” and enlists the talents of Rico Blanco, Raimund Marasigan, Barbie Almalbis, and Ely Buendia.
We’re loving this TVC because it reminds us of the good old 90s. Our only compliant? It’s too short! Wish there was a longer, complete version. And with some more musicians and bands from the 90s, too! We miss Vanna Vanna (formerly FOJ), Novia and Grin Department. Who do you miss???
