The Voice of the Philippines is proving to be a venue for those who want to make a comeback. Remember Radha Cuadrado back in the first season, and Karla Estrada (mother of Daniel Padilla) just a couple of weeks ago?
Now we’ve got another familiar name/voice joining the contest: Arnee Hidalgo. She used to be part of the girl group Vibe before pursuing a solo career that spawned hits like “Cold Summer Nights” and “True.”
Interestingly, her son Sam Shoaf got to join The Voice Kids early this year, but didn’t make it far.
Arnee’s Blind Audition will be aired this weekend. Let’s see if she’ll make it to the battle rounds.
