Remember when Jhoanna Aguila made it to The Voice Australia after Will.I.Am, Joel Madden and Kylie Minogue turned their chairs for her? Another Pinay has just made it to the talent search. Her name is Fely Irvine, a 25-year old whose mom is Pinay (and was also there cheering for her daughter).
She sang Rihanna’s “We Found Love” and got two of the mentors turning their chairs for her: Joel Madden and Ricky Martin.
It was a pretty entertaining “battle” between the two, actually. They didn’t just stand on their chairs, they had convincing pitches, and even Joel gave her roses. In the end, however, it didn’t work, with Fely saying that her “heart is screaming Ricky.”
If she looks familiar, you might have seen her on the Australian show Hi5, a kiddie show where she sang, danced, and did skits for kids.
