They have confirmed that their marriage has indeed reached its bitter end.
Now, Sunshine Dizon broke her silence over the split, saying she will finish her “legal battle” against her husband Timothy Tan “until the end.”

In the official statement she posted in her Instagram account on Tue, Jun 21, the GMA actress said what she is going through is not easy, and that she is trying her best to “keep everything private.”
“Please bear with me in this difficult situation as I am preparing for battle,” Sunshine wrote.

In another Instagram post, Sunshine thanked those who supported her throughout the ordeal.
“This is not just my fight anymore but also your fight. Do not feel small and shamed,” she wrote.
The statement came after Timothy confirmed that he and Sunshine have separated. “We have both concluded that an annulment is warranted,” he said.
Sunshine responded to this via an Instagram post by saying, “There is no forgiveness for what you did. No annulment for you. I will seek justice. I will see you both in court.”
Sunshine first hinted about her marital problems via a series of Instagram posts last week.
Sunshine, 32, married Timothy in 2010. They have two children, Doreen and Anton.
