Boo-boos at the 63rd Annual Miss Universe coronation night

There was no major boo-boo at the 63rd Annual Miss Universe beauty pageant – no one slipped and fell on their ass.

But there were still some moments that had us LOL or go tsk tsk tsk or go ha?

Here are some of them.

When Miss Jamaica almost slipped.
We think it was the final presentation when she tripped a little. It wasn’t that obvious, but we saw it! No worse trip or fall followed from anyone after that.

When Miss USA didn’t instantly understand judge Manny Pacquiao’s question.

The delegate didn’t instantly understand Manny when he mentioned the words “thirty seconds” and “terrorist,” but still ended up getting it. A little late, though. She was about to say “I’m sorry” but didn’t, and then she also asked Manny, “Is that what you said?” which was more than enough to highlight how she didn’t understand Manny’s pronunciation.

When Miss Jamaica didn’t understand Emilio Estefan’s question.
Pacman wasn’t the only judge who was kinda hard to understand. Emilio Estefan was so hard to understand that Miss Jamaica asked him to repeat the question. That didn’t help since the candidate’s answer was huh?-inducing.

When Prince Royce performed
Sure, he’s quite a cutie (hottie, even, if you remember those biceps), but there’s no denying that the singer’s performance was lukewarm and boring. Some netizens claim he lip-synched while others think his clothes were too casual for such a prestigious event.

When the audience booed when Miss Jamaica was called 4th runner-up.
Apparently, a lot of people were expecting her to place higher or even win the title. Oh well, let’s blame it on the Q&A. Imagine how the others felt, especially Miss Colombia. We heard that while everyone was congratulating her, the audience was shouting “Jamaica.”
