ICYMI, TikTok-popular chef Andy Hearnden was in Manila, and has been spotted eating his way around the city — from exploring our foodie-approved weekend markets to even shooting a collaboration with fellow food content creator Abi Marquez.
This time, the Aussie chef flew to Cebu, getting a taste of arguably one of the Philippines’ best — Cebu-style lechon.
Long-time food blogger and Zubuchon founder Joel Binamira, aka MarketMan, posted a photo of Andy sampling the widely acclaimed roast suckling pig.
The Aussie chef also apparently participated in a cooking demo with one of their local cooks in preparing kinilaw, a Filipino-style ceviche of sorts.
“Mate! The team is incredible. Thank you for having us,” Andy said in the comments.
