There’s an all-you-can-eat wagyu buffet every Saturday night at Heat by EDSA Shangri-La

Heat by EDSA Shangri-La has totally gone Mad for Wagyu. And on Saturday evenings, it’s hard for you not to.

The restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel is offering an all-you-can-eat wagyu buffet. It happens only once a week — every Saturday evening, dinner time — but the repertoire is astounding.

The buffet is divided into several stations serving wagyu beef in different forms and sizes.

There’s a Filipino station grilling Japan’s glorious beef, an Indian station offering wagyu sharawma, a Japanese station that uses wagyu in its sushi offerings, a Chinese station that has a wagyu pao bun, and on it goes for PHP2,415 net.

The main entrees are pretty solid, too: there’s a wagyu beef carving station, wagyu tomahawks, and wagyu beef briskets.

While Heat hasn’t set a deadline for the wagyu festival, it’s best to note that Chinese New Year and Valentine’s are coming up. Promotions might change sooner than you think so book a table now?
