Coconuts Manila reader Howard Yu asked us to share his video, which challenges Filipinos to expose their palates to exotic regional dishes. The Capiz native, who admits that he is not that experimental when it comes to eating, made the clip for Globaltronics’ first National Digital Arts Awards and counts seafoods, adobo and lechon as his top three favorite dishes. “My dad and I sometimes just wanna eat out in carinderias here in our province; it’s good, mapapa-extra rice ka,” he tells us. Watch Howard’s video here and then tell us, how much of a foodie are you? Can you name the dishes below? If you’ve tried all four dishes, we’d say you’re a 100% Pinoy foodie. Congratulations!
