Ube-leche flan is a match made in heaven. Now here’s a new take on their sweet union.
Cafe 86 has a version of an ube leche flan cupcake, which is pretty much like enjoying two desserts at once. This Filipino dessert was featured in the popular food festival, the L.A. food fest.
The genius behind this innovative treat hopes to introduce “out of the box style of coffee and tea by infusing Filipino culture.”
The other desserts on Cafe 86’s Instagram page look amazing, thanks to purple yam’s Instagram-friendly color.
