Beloved french fry brand Potato Corner, known for its addictive flavored fries such as cheese, sour cream, and barbecue, has just released a new, all-Pinoy flavor based on one of the Philippines’ most popular dishes: adobo.

The brand made the announcement today on social media.

Adobo is a Filipino dish with meat, usually pork or chicken, marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and other spices, and is stewed for a few hours.

The adobo flavor will be available only for a limited time in selected Potato Corner branches.

Potato Corner fans can check out the nearest stall offering the new flavor on the brand’s website.

One of the most well-known Filipino brands around the world, Potato Corner is credited for having introduced the concept of flavored french fries in 1992. Today, Potato Corner offers 25 flavors in its various outlets nationwide and has since expanded to 15 countries over the globe.
