And Hyatt is at it again. After it’s short but sweet noodle feast last March, the hotel is offering beef this time. But not just any beef, it’s wagyu beef.
And not just any wagyu beef, it’s Mayura wagyu.
An entire beef leg from Mayura Station in Australia was flown in just to be served at The Café every weekend until May 3. It will be a special offering of the 6-station buffet of The Café.
A big deal among discerning food lovers, Mayura wagyu beef is juicy, tender, and has a surprisingly silky mouthfeel. It is raised in South Australia’s limestone coast and exclusively grain-fed, that’s why.
And because Mayura wagyu is hardly available in Metro Manila — Hyatt is proud to be the only hotel where Mayura is available — Metro Manila foodies are making such a huge fuss about it.
If we may give you a tip: Try it out after your weekend gimmick, sometime between 11:30pm to 4:30am. The buffet price is most affordable at that time (PHP788). Weekend lunch is at PHP1,388. But if you’re feeling galante, Sunday lunch and weekend dinners are at PHP1,888.
The Wagyu Feast will run every weekend until May 3.
