There’s a new Filipino chef creating buzz abroad and she goes by the name of Tatiana Levha.

She has been written about in many Parisian blogs and publications like Vogue, has even been invited by Rene Redzepi to talk in MAD 4 Convention in Copenhagen.

Her latest recognition? She is featured in David Chang’s quarterly food publication Lucky Peach.

30-year-old Tatiana has been getting praise and accolades after opening Le Servan, a restaurant she opened with sister Katia. The half-French, half-Filipino sisters have been changing the food landscape of Paris by being among the notable women responsible for the city’s new bistro format: limited menu cooked with incredible ingredients and served in a small space.

You can expect Coconuts Manila to be in the front row, tracking the rise of this promising chef. Needless to say, we are very excited.

This is the Lucky Peach cover where Tatiana was featured.
