Yellow Halo makes it easy to eat healthy

More and more people are getting into healthy eating nowadays. Thankfully, more and more establishments are making it easy for people to eat healthy as well. An example is Yellow Halo, a restaurant located on the 22nd floor of Strata 100 in F. Oritgas Jr. St. Ortigas Center.

Open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Yellow Halo offers less than 500-calorie meals; they even indicate it on the menu.

The restaurant has a wide range of yummy and healthy food, from pasta dishes (tuna whole wheat, Margherita whole wheat, seafood lasagna) and salads (Haricot beans salad, Caesar salad, citrus and pear salad) to sandwiches (beef fajita, chicken fajita, rosemary chicken, tomato basil cottage cheese).

They also have various healthy plates, such as Meatloaf with coleslaw, Balsamic chicken, and Porkchop with mustard cream sauce.

Apart from indicating the calorie count, the menu also classifies the dishes according to the following categories: low-fat, healthy-protein, high-protein, high-fiber, low-calorie, and low-glycemic – something very helpful for health-conscious individuals who have specific health needs.

They have an assortment of refreshing drinks, too, that are – of course – healthy: watermelon basil, cucumber mint, apple wheatgrass, orange wheatgrass, carrot cucumber, mango, and melon.

If you want to kickstart healthy eating habits, Yellow Halo can definitely help you.
