You have to hand it to the guys of Seattle’s Best. They recently launched their Christmas-inspired drinks, and just like the one last year, this year’s launch was lots of fun. Held at Bonifacio High Street, the hippie-themed event took place under a huge colorful tent that had all sorts of booths and fun activities; there was a kiosk with free accessories to help you hippie-fy yourself, Rockband for media guests and the kids of World Vision, a booth where you can silk screen your own shirts, plus giant bubble making. There was also a psychedelic Volkswagen on display, graffiti artists Deejae Paeste and Vernon Perez coming up with some artwork, and live music from the band Sinosikat.
Of course, there was free food and drinks; it was the launch of their holiday drinks, after all. All four variants—the comeback-ing Coffee Hazelnut, and Cookies and Mint, plus the newcomers Espresso Jelly, and Caramel Apple—were served for free.
The event also revealed the SBC Dream Journal 2013, which Seattle’s Best guests can redeem after collecting 18 stickers on their SBC Dream Card. The good thing is that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to global charity partner organization World Vision to benefit its educational programs for children.
At the event, World Vision invited some of their kids to join on the fun. Their celebrity ambassadors attended, too, like Marc Nelson (who hosted the show), Cristalle Belo, Miriam Quiambao and Sam Concepcion.
Holiday-inspired drinks and free planners… Christmas is truly just around the corner!
