Believe it or not, this dish that you’re looking at is tinolang manok. Bongga-fied by Chef Ramon, of course. It’s actually composed of poached garlic-ginger chicken, crisp ginger and chicken skin, miniature chili shoots, papaya-malunggay terrine, and tinola broth.

Kanin na lang ang kulang!
