Finally, personalizing a bottle of Johnnie Walker Red is offered in Metro Manila!
Note: you still can’t engrave on the bottle but you can print your friend’s name on a special sticker which they’ll put on the Johnnie Walker label of a 700ml bottle (PHP490).
You’ll have to buy the bottle from any S&R branches and selected branches of SM Hypermart, SM Supermarts, Landmark, Puregold, Rustan’s and Shopwise. The service, which began last May 15, is only available on payday weekends, too.
Johnnie Walker Red, in case you didn’t know, is the pioneering blend of the Scotch whisky that now includes a Black, Blue, and Green labels. The Johnnie Red — spicy, smokey malt flavor with lighter hints of grains — is the blend that put Johnnie Walker beyond its Kilmarnock beginnings in 1820.
So in case someone just helped you wing a work deadline and you want to say thanks, or someone drove your car for you as you sat blind drunk on the passenger, or you know, you just love your manginginom friend, here’s a gift idea.
