Mar 28. Well, attend a thai cooking demo, that is. Thai chef Pongtawat Chalermkittichai, aka chef Ian, is in town to do a cooking demo on Saturday. On the menu is the grilled beef salad, which is one of the most popular dishes from his flagship restaurant Issaya Siamese Club in Bangkok.
