People came in droves to see the queen Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach during her grand homecoming parade.
Wearing an emerald green terno designed by Albert Andrada — the same designer who made her blue gown during the pageant’s coronation night — Wurtzbach waved to the crowd from atop her float that resembled her crown.
The float was designed by Fritz Solirio.
The parade started at 2pm in Sofitel Hotel. By 3pm, it had already passed Luneta and made its way to Makati. It ended at 4pm in Glorietta, after which Wurtzbach made her way to Cubao for a 5pm parade there.
Pia changed into a nude bustier dress for the Quezon City leg of the festivities. The beauty queen turned emotional at the Cubao parade, which started late at a little past 6pm and ended at around 8pm.
