Michelin Starred chef Heston Blumenthal made a super quick stop in Manila this weekend.
And by “super quick,” we mean two hours.
According to Besay Gonzalez, general manager of Txanton — the first and only jamoneria in the country, Blumenthal dropped by their store for two hours on Fri (Feb 10) night.
The legendary British chef enjoyed exquisite wine (Botega Tradicion) and premium jamon at Txanton and rushed off to catch his flight out of the country.
