As a part of The King’s club, Jeron received a new pair of kicks from Nike and a special note from his majesty.
Jeron filmed the unboxing and reads out the note:
“You’re part of something special. Your team has what it takes to do something really spectacular… Not everyone gets to play in a team like yours. And to become captain of it is a special calling… Be their leader. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices, but all leaders do. Never doubt that you are the best among the best.”
Jeron posted the video on Instagram and thanked James for the gift and encouragement.
“Special message from The King himself! Thanks LBJ!” Jeron wrote.
Jeron and his team are currently enjoying the top spot after a 7-0 sweep of the UAAP Season 79’s first round.
